Heavy Duty Lathe Machine — Foundation & Installation
Dosanjh Engineering & Technologies executed the complete civil foundation construction and precision installation of a heavy-duty lathe machine at the Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) in Taxila — one of Pakistan's premier defence and industrial manufacturing facilities under the Ministry of Defence Production. The project required exacting standards with zero tolerance for misalignment, executed entirely within an active production shop with minimal disruption to ongoing facility operations. The scope covered foundation layout, deep excavation, reinforced concrete pour with precision anchor bolts, machine erection using hydraulic jacks, and final precision grouting.
